Meet Solveig

From the wild beauty of Southeast Alaska and a childhood steeped in the commercial fishing industry, Solveig developed a strong work ethic early on. Her journey led her to Western Washington, where she embraced motherhood and quickly found success in real estate, becoming one of the top agents in Whatcom County.

Wanting to take her real estate career to the next level, Solveig launched a staging company and a home decor store in Bellingham, Washington. In this creative space, she created her lifestyle brand, The Real Estate Stylist, and staged over 100 homes, each with its own unique charm and style.

Always driven by a love for design, Solveig expanded her horizons by purchasing a home in Scottsdale and turning it into a thriving part-time Airbnb. But after some time, she and her partner Matt found themselves missing the Pacific Northwest and the close-knit community they had there. They’ve since returned to Whatcom County, bringing back all the knowledge and inspiration they gained from the real estate and design scene in Phoenix.

When she’s not working, Solveig enjoys making memories with her loved ones, adventuring with her trusty sidekick, Blu the Yorkie, traveling, and diving into interior design and home renovations.
